You Cannot Schedule Facilities During Church Services or Special Events

Please reserve enough time to setup and cleanup. If you are a not a member of Shearer Presbyterian Church, your request will require Session approval. Use of this facility must be consistent with church policy and Shearer Church beliefs and with Christian teaching. Your event will not show on the calendar until it is approved. If there is a conflict you will be notified. Please check the calendar to make sure your requested time and date are available. Church functions take priority and may sometimes happen on short notice, such as Funerals and other functions as approved by the Session. This rarely happens but if it does you will be notified as soon as possible of any conflicts. Start and end times are required and will not be approved without a time entry.

Reservations by non-members require Session Approval. Please allow at least one month for Session Approval.
